First Experience at the Toronto Boat Show

Our visit was the first time we had attended the boat show and we were blown away. As a new owner of a Bayfield 25 (1980 vintage) I was interested in information about things to make sailing solo easier - furlers, lazy jacks, and so on. We were also interested in sail modifications and so on. Vendors were great with advice and information whether they had the product or not. Of course, we needed new lifejackets and found Canadian made ones at great prices. Having sailed for a year with the boat, we have a better idea of what we need (did I mention furlers and lazy jacks?) and will likely make some serious purchases this year. Waiting impatiently for the show to begin.
