I try to make it to the boat show every year, whether I am in the market for anything for my boat or not. It is an incredible shot in the arm of summertime fun just when I need it most. It is relaxing just sitting by the lake and watch the wakeboarders, kayakers and paddle boarders all the while marvelling at how the largest indoor lake was created. Almost always I come up with some accessory that I end up buying to take home. For the last couple of years, a bunch of us from our marina have made it a group outing to make it down to the show.
